    I had rewatched my video a couple of times after presenting to see what I could have done better. I noticed that my hand gestures were small and they were moving but they were always in front of me and not big gestures. It made me look less confident and nervous. Even though I repeatedly practiced my presentation for a long period of time, I was still saying the word "um" unconsiously. I remember Mr.Paterson telling us that "like" and "um" are words that people say when they don't know what to say next. Saying those words seems like I am trying to remember a script that I don't even have. Not only does it give off the impression that I haven't practiced, but it also sounds less persuasive. I needed to use more advanced vocabularies and speak with more passion. I think that the point of this presentation is not about the summary of the book or how interesting it is.  eye contacts and gestures are important.  and the timings of changing slides, tone of voice, and facial expression today we had another lesson of presentation. I found out how important it is to have eye contact with the audience. it genuinely feels like the speaker is talking towards us and it definitely grabs the listeners attention.  For the slides, i noticed some people putting intesentsing pictures/ photos that automatically draws our attention. However, at times it may have been distracting and not a lot of concentration was left for what the speaker was saying. The one last thing was also something i found important, 

         We split into small groups and practiced our presentation. everyone's presentation was a little over 5 minutes and I realized that I had to cut down my presentation since mine was about 10 minutes. We gave feedback to each other about our presenting postures, hand motions, and advice on our slides. After hearing the advice that others got from their presentation. it allowed me to also learn and improve my presentation. I was not able to present but I got an idea of how my presentation should be.       After presenting in front of my group I received some feedbacks. My slides were all over the place and I had a lot of words on each of my slides, so I replaced them with pictures. Moreover, I found photos of the characters in the movie. Adding photos of the three characters definitely made it easier to have an image of how the story is like. 

     Today was our first presentation day! four people presented and I was able to find the improvements that I needed in my presentation. Mr. Paterson mentioned how the photo credits should be done and I realized that I only had the photo and URL. I added the title of the photo and who the photo was taken by or created by. It was hard to find who took the photos because some of them were from websites.  In addition, I realized that I didn't have my Q & A slide. I was inspired by my classmate's presentation and made me want to improve more.  I practiced the past few days and was prepared to go today, but unfortunately, I wasn't able to go. Therefore, I am planning to work on my gestures and try slowing down my talking.
